LCD Screen
Displays the menus and data screens

Enter Key
Executes a selected menu option and/or displays the next screen

Light Key
Turns the LCD backlight on when using internal battery power. Backlight remains on when external power is used

Exit Key
Exits a screen. Cancels a selected menu option

Communication Indicator
Indicates when the system is properly connected and communicating with the vehicle's ECU

External Power Indicator
Indicates when the system is drawing power from a source other than the internal batteries, such as from a vehicle cable connection, the cigarette lighter power adapter or an accessory AC/DC power adapter.

On/Off Button
Turns system off and on. When using external power the system stays on until it is manually turned off. When internal battery power is being used, the system will turn off automatically after a pre-determined period of time.
